Reporting Safeguarding Concerns

All safeguarding concerns or suspected breaches must be reported immediately. Failure to report concerns may result in disciplinary action.

How to Report

Reports can be made through any of the following channels:

Direct Reporting – Inform the Safeguarding Officer or immediate supervisor verbally or in writing.

Email Reporting – Submit a written report to the designated safeguarding email address.

Confidential Reporting Box – Use secure complaint boxes where available.

Emergency Situations – If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

Name of the person involved (if known)

Description of the incident

Date, time, and location

Any witnesses

Any immediate actions taken

Anonymous reports will be accepted and taken seriously.
